Mar 2008 – July 2008 – Efficient Management and Maintenance of Housing for Refugees in Armenia provided by UNHCR- Phase 3

In the end of 2006, a new residential building was provided to 40 refugee families as permanent housing. SDC proposed UFSD to establish a model of self-governance among the new residents, to ensure effective and lasting maintenance of the building.
This was Phase 3 of the project aimed at promoting independent management and maintenance of multi-apartment building for refugees in Goris. Phases 1 and 2 are presented below.
