Jul – Oct 2007 – Efficient Management and Maintenance of Housing for Refugees in Armenia provided by UNHCR-Phase 2

Under this project, 40 families eventually received property titles and thus became owners of their apartments and created a condominium as building management body. UFSD provided extensive technical assistance to this newly created body. Namely, it helped them to develop a package of operation documents, condominium work plan, annual budget, sample contract forms with local utility services. UFSD also discussed with the building management body possibilities of income generation for maintaining the building in good shape.
