Whatch Soon! Documentary: “Water is Precious Every Drop is Special!”

This short video is a summary of the documentary telling about the USAID 3-year Pure Water Project (2017-2020) aimed to increase water efficiency and quality through civic engagement and behavior change for reducing the groundwater extraction rate in Ararat Valley. Now, in 12 target communities of Ararat Valley with 40,000 residents, there are: more engaged citizens knowing their rights, more educated children and youth with creative water conservation ideas realized, more cooperative decision makers and more transparent water managers. The project also drafted 5 legal acts promoting participatory and efficient water management and implemented 5 infrastructure projects ensuring improved, efficient and quality drinking and irrigation water supply.
