Sep 2006 – Jun 2007 – IDP Housing Voucher Pilot Program- Phase 2, Kutaisi, Georgia

This was the second phase of the project designed to provide housing vouchers as a way of improving the living conditions of internally-displaced families living in collective centers in the City of Kutaisi. About 100 families who have received housing purchase vouchers and are looking for housing in the market.
