Counterpart International (hereinafter Counterpart) is soliciting proposals for Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) Analysis as described in this Request for Proposals (RFP). These services are required under the Civil Society in Action (CSA) Activity (hereinafter “the Award”) funded by the United States Agency for International Development (hereinafter USAID).
