Academy of Local Workers. Day 2

We are continuing the first module of the Academy of Local Workers, aimed at capacity development of local leaders of Akhuryan community, organized within the framework of the “CapsLoc: Capacities for locally led development” project.

 Today, within the framework of the Academy, participants studied the essence and types of leadership, then got acquainted with approaches to problem formulation, from identification to problem solution.
