Support to citizen participation initiatives in 4 communities of Armenia with the aim to help municipalities to pilot and practice the entire process of citizen participation through participatory budgeting. Through different participation methods, citizens will prioritize urgent community issues to include them in the next year community budgets- (Consulting assignment)
