April – October, 2011 – Revitalizing Apartment Buildings in Armenia

The project is designed to improve the physical conditions of apartment buildings common areas by introducing renovation loan mechanism to be piloted for 2 selected apartment buildings in the city of Vanadzor and 2 apartment buildings in the city of Echmiadzin by supporting households/owners) to improve living conditions in apartment buildings managed by condominiums and a municipality.
