Support long-term sustainability of the Urban Foundation through improved organizational procedures, policies and planning; enhanced and new capacities of the staff.
• Develop a new strategic plan for the coming 5 years. Conduct organizational assessment to develop organizational development plan, elaborate or update operational documents.
• Enhance capacities of the staff. In the course of recent years’ activity some gaps in the capabilities as well as need for new services have been identified. In the framework of the project, trainings on such topics as coaching and benchmarking will be carried out. The staff will be trained in advanced computer applications as well.
• Upgrading organization’s visibility and marketing skills. For that a new functional and user friendly web site will be created and promoted, a number promotional materials will be developed to be included in the marketing kit. The organization will become active in social media.
In the result of the project, UFSD received a roadmap for its institutional development for a mid-term perspective; develop a number of capacities that, to some extent are currently rare in our environment; and, have a set of marketing tools (including internet-based) that will have both fundraising and promotional functions.
